Getting no response to cancel a contract
On 3/7/2015 email to customercare-Please cancel my contract on *** when the 24 months contract comes to end as I do not wish to renew with the contract on this number. Please acknowledge receipt of this email and the date cancellation will be effective. <br> On 7/7 email to [Email Removed] Canalwalk - I have send the email below to customer care, to have my contact that's coming to an end for cancellation. To date I have had no response from them. I'm not sure if I have to send it to another department. I am not in South Africa so its quiet difficult to make contact by telephone. Can you please forward this cancellation notification to the right department. If they need to contact me for whatever reason, please make contact with me by email. Also I see that the credit of R1200,00 from retention department has not reflected on my statement. Please can you escalate both my request to the appropriate department and confirm the same with me. I have had no response to both my emails above. The contact expires on 8/8/2015 and they need a months notice, which I have given them, but they will now come back and say its late notification and expect me to pay another month.
