GETTING NO HELP!!

This is bull, since 30 April im still not sorted. i used the contact form and after a day a person responded asking to confirm details,i replayed instantly, 6 days later i get response saying that if i still need help to response saying i still need help, till today nothing. MTN is going to the dogs!
