Getting less than what we agreed on

MTN doesn't even deserve that one star. I took out the 50GB contract for R389 in 2019, 20gb day, 20gb night and 10anytime. I used to get all the data I pay for, then about 6/7 months it stopped. 8 don't even get the night data anymore. I can't wait for my contract to end honestly. I called their customer care line and the consultants and rude. Inboxed them on FB, but they are asking for things I don't have when I've already given them my ID number.
