getting hold of helpfull agents

after phoning the entire province to get stock, i got the sony xperia Z3 on contract from MTN.<br> i never tempt fate to test the water proof feature, but as it happened i got thrown into the swimming pool this weekend with my phone in my pocket.<br> <br> as i got out, the phone was still working for about 2 min and then it switched off. <br> after a very long, stressful and sleepless night, i got the phone to work almost a day later.<br> <br> i tried to call MTN this morning to find out how to get this problem resolved, and if they decide to answer the phone, i always end up in the wrong department.<br> <br> the contracts department doesn't even answer my call, when i call 808 and press 0 for an operator, my call just drops, <br> <br> when i get hold of anyone, they tell me to take the phone back to the store where i bought it, keeping in mind the store where i bought the phone isn't close by, and when ever i walk into a MNT store, the queue stand out the door,<br> <br> i have a Job and can only go to MTN in my lunch hour, i cant go stand in a queue every time i have a problem with my phone or contract, <br> <br> which BTW seems to be allot these day<br> <br> for Such and expensive network getting hold of someone is a nightmare
