GETTING ANY KIND OF SERVICE

I received a bill that exceeds my contract agreement. I Called the MTN branch where I signed up. was told that they see the problem and will sort it out and get back to me. I informed them that it should be do ASAP as I received a notification that my cell would be disconnected if not paid in 2 days or they notify the relevant people that there is a quary re this bill. after various calls to various people PLUS the manager in charge my phone is disconnected no one has called me back I have sent nomorous emails to the person I am dealing with notifying them that my phone is disconnected and that I have paid a amount, but not what they want as the account has to be sorted out first. then I can pay the balance or they can refund me what they owe me. I also have found out in the interim that I am paying insurance on my previous phone of my contract that has expired ON THE NEW CONTRACT(FOR THE NEW PHONE). the more I tell them how can I be paying for the old phone on the new contract the more they tell me I have to cancel the insurance> (after not insuring my new phone as it is too expensive to insure) I have sent the email 5 times today and twice on previous days and NO response. Help, Help
