Getting an additional contract is a nightmare

For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to get an additional contract , and no one is able to assist me. I tried the online route, but no one called e back. I called the store and I was given another option which I followed last week, but today I was told that the option that was suggested by your staff is not possible. Today I had to call your sales team for assistance. The information I was given by your sales representative was totally different to what I was given by the other staff member. Is it really that difficult to give me an additional contract, and deliver where I want it to be delivered?
