Placed an order for a black Friday deal on the 24th of November 2020. Have not received any feedback so I tried calling in but not one person assisted me in the 50 calls made because online does not pick up so all of the calls get redirected. I have sent emails. Eventually I messaged on Twitter and mtn and got different stories. First they said they it's waiting for approval (on fb) and then on Twitter they said that they cannot find my order. I refused to call again because it's absolutely pointless. I've given my info to so many consultants and all of them proved to be highly ***********. I've emailed my proof to customer care and buymondo as per the message received via Twitter. I drafted my letter to Icasa because this has been a waste of time and resources. I am still waiting for someone from mtn to contact me regarding my order.
