Get your act together!!!!

MTN gave a contract to someone other than myself and want me to pay for phones that were not given to myself. I sent them the necessary documents they requested for investigating the matter in June 2022 and they did nothing. Subsequent to my request for feedback on the matter, they want me to send newly certified documents as they ones I forwarded are deemed to be old. I refuse re-do something that is their fault and their lack of due diligence in giving out contracts.

Can MTN find out who they gave their phones to and get their name off my credit record??? I refuse to be intimidated by people who do not want to do their jobs!!!!!!!!!
