Get no response from customer care mail
Emailed customer care, to cancel my cell contract, <br> 30 days notice cancellation sent. 2 emails. one on the 2 April, other on 17 April, <br> NO REPLY WHATSOEVER!!!

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. Kindly note that the term date of the contract is for the 17-05-2015 and it will be cancelled then.
