GET *****ED BY MTN, REWARD FOR LOYALTY...

Wish there was a minus rating..... I am soooooo frustrated with MTN, I cannot put it into words. After taking a new contract in November I have had nothing but hassles. First, the wrong amount or should I say the old amount was deducted from my account, countless phone calls, emails, etc no one sorted it out. In January a debit order for around R734 is put through instead of R369, I would love to know where MTN thing people have money just waiting for them to grab!!!!. After sitting on the phone once again eventually got Monde to investigate and sort out which of course I had to find out for myself..... The amount will now be reversed but I must wait 7 days. BUT MTN HAS SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT AND DOES NOT GIVE A SH...T. SO THE REWARD FOR BEING A LOYAL PAYING CUSTOMER IS TO ***** YOU WHEN IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT. PLEASE CANCEL MY CONTRACT ASAP (OF COURSE WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGES)!!!
