GEt charged DOUBLE of what I am promised!!!!!!

I am UTTERLY disgusted and completely shocked.
I did an upgrade ref number UV ********** . On 11 August 2017. to a Package that was promised me at R399.00 (including cellphone and all other costs) They promised me that at the end of the month I would be billed R399.00
Come month end I get debited R535.00 (my old rate) so I call the call center to get told my new package cost is R645.00 per month. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?????
PLease look into voice recordings. This is unacceptable!!!!!!

I was offered the iphone SE for R399,00 ALL INCLUSIVE...... So how can the H/W fee be valid ???
I ahve not had another invoice sent to me or seen the correct invoice for September.
