****gery from MTN...charged for cancelled contract, refunded and debited again after two months with no service. I mean who would want to be charged for an already cancelled contract

Terrible experience with MTN - cancelled my contract, router collected but was charged, refunded and charged again. MTN and their 3rd parties are pointing fingers at each other whilst I am being charged for no reason. My contract was cancelled within cooling off period and the router collected but I was charged R930 for no service. They reversed the funds after two months only to debit me again with R686.50 The call centers are terrible and despite logging compliants the problem is still not resolved after another two month period. How are we to trust MTN as a service provider...Service had gone from bad to worse. They are lining their pockets with our hard earned money with no conscience...
