Have an MTN number and work in Mali. Submitted an online query as to whether MTN has a roaming partner in Mali.. Excerpt of the response I got below.

Now I ask you.. Is this confidential information required to tell me if MTN roams in Mali or not.. Needless to say MTN has not answered my question because I refuse to divulge this information..Bare in mind that I don't have a roaming problem in other countries in Africa.. Clearly we are dealing with idiots who don't read mails/submissions.I subsequently found out on the internet that MTN does not appear to have a roaming partner in Mali.. Great customer service.
