General incompetence
I recently lost 800 megs of data in a week, with no knowledge of where it went. I opened an investigation to find the cause, and 2 weeks later I received the stunning useless answer of \data costs 99c a meg". <br> <br> I then thought that I wouldn't let a single investigator's ineptitude deter me. So I opened a second investigation"
