Complaint Title: Assaulted by MTN Mthatha Plaza Staff and Security Complaint: I visited MTN Mthatha Plaza today to inquire about a quotation for a new Samsung tablet, as mine has a broken screen. Instead of assistance, I was shockingly dragged out by security guards and brutally beaten by the manager and staff. This store is a NO-GO ZONE for MTN clients – safety is compromised.
