Gave someone my number that I had for Ten years not able to process simswap

<p>It's been over two weeks now, I tried 173 Call centre, Centurion Branch and Foresthill City branch, MTN cannot get my number back. Despite having reported that someone else is using my number and I have discovered on Whatsapp and he's able to reply to my contacts on whatsapp, they said as soon as my simswap is processed, they'll disconnect the person from using my number, I have done all necessary to have my number back including affidavit that call centre adviced me to submit at branch, I'm still waiting, this is unacceptable, I have been inconvienced just by loosing sim-card for three days. </p>
