Gamers plus automatic renewal
Once again I recieved an automated SMS notifying me that my Gamers Plus subscription was renewed and that, if I didn't cancel, I would be charged over R3 per day for it. I never asked for it in the first place. This is the second time I've been automatically subscribed. How dare MTN follow such ******* practices! If I didn't need my cell phone desperately I would leave this ******* company.

A gamer service is web based to unsubscribe from MTN network please use the following steps.
Dial *136*5#
Select option 2 or 4 (Content Services)
Select option 2 (Manage Premium Rated Services)
Select option 2 (PRS Charges)
Select option 1 (Block PRS Charges)
However this service is normally subscribed through the webpage or even an App .
To unsubscribe from your GameStore subscription, you must access this webpage from your mobile device on 3G/ 4G internet
Then click on the Unsubscribe button below and you will be sent a confirmation message informing that you are unsubscribed.
