Gamer+ an MTN data theft **** in spite of their denials
I am not sure why my entry is reflecting Gamer+ as a new business entry so I have switched my complaint to the real culprit, MTN Marketing. I Googled "Gamer+" after my cellphone was hacked twice in 5 days and all my airtime ******. And here on HelloPeter I find multiple complaints from MTN customers have been ****med by them. On the second occasion I spoke to a "Customer service champion" this morning to have the subscription cancelled -- this after blocking subscription services failed. She told me it had nothing to do with MTN and the subscription was activated, and "renewed" in the space of 6 SMSs in two minutes, by a "WASP" company on 011- ********** . Now I read in a dialogue between a customer and one Kevin of MTN Marketign who wrote an apology. I logged on 10 minutes later to find a Hlengiwe with the same complaint and MTN's reply restricted. I am 62 years old and if MTN was in any way able to hack my personal profile they would know I do not play games, in fact my data is permanently switched off. I shall be lodging complaints with MTN for a refund of my ****** airtime adn ICASA and I would encourage othes ****med in the same way to flood ICASA. I shall also be visiting SAPS to open a case of data theft.
