<div>The MTN Shop at Galleria Mall have no customer service what so ever. They have no communication skills and same applies to the store manager, he is very ill disciplined. MTN staff don't take responsibility of what happens instead they blame different departments and refer you over without considering the time and and cost of the referral. You can pay at any MTN store in SA and also through a call center with no questions asked, but when you want to resolve an issue they pass you on from pillar to post. Avshen and his manager do not practice customer service whatsoever. </div>
