Galaxy Note Battery Dead after just 12 months
I took out a Galaxy tablet with MTN. The tablet started giving me problems in the third month and continued to develop thin black lines on the screen but nonetheless I continued to use it hoping that it will become fine. Unfortunately the tablet started to lose its power and could not switch on. I submitted my Galaxy Tablet for assessment at the MTN store in Glenfair mall in Pretoria. I was informed that because the warranty has expired the repairs will cost R2000 and if I do not have the money then I should pay R300 for the unrepaired tablet. I want to know if a 1 year old Tablet's battery should be completely \dead"after a year (Feb 2014-Mar 2015). Is there a possibility that Samsung could offer to assess the tablet since it is their product?

I do not want to regret choosing Samsung over other products as I am a loyal customer.

"""
