Fuuuck MTN

First of all I AM NOT a customer of MTN, I wanted to enquire about being one...Hence this complaint!<br> <br> Badly recorded menus, No option to speak to an operator, no information to send me to the right place.<br> <br> I phoned the red mobile company while writing this and in less than 2 minutes i knew exactly what number to push on my mobile and in less than 1 min an operator answered the phone...<br> MTN however simply had a what seemed to be, a **** recorded message claiming that there lines where experiencing high call volumes and had the audacity to hang up on me. As a potential customer I found it impossible to find a contact number regarding who to speak to, where to go on their recorded menu and as above got kicked off their line...for their apparent convenience.<br> <br> So **** MTN!
