FUSTRATED TO THE BONE
I changed banks and went to MTN key west to change the banking details they have to the new details. So they phoned head office and I spoke to a lady and she assured me that everything is in order now and that the debit order will go off end of Jan. I received a sms saying that I owe them double now. I went to the store (key west) and the lady showed me that my debit order for Jan went through, her words \they usually make mistakes like this where the charge you double but only the half will be debated". So this morning I received an sms saying \""your debit returned unpaid. Please pay outstanding balance including RD fee at ABSA Bank acc no *** \"". I am fed up of all the lies and pathetic service! Can someone just catch a wake up and assist please?
"""
