FUSTRATED, MTN IS INCOMPITENT. WAITING MORE THEN 48HRS FOR SIM SWAP

My phone was ****** ,I went to the mtn store to block my sim & register a sim swap. 48 hours later my phone is still ring,hell knows where!I've visited the store twice alreadyAnd my sim swap is still not active.when I call mtn customer care the lady assisting me is saying if the sim swap is still not active within 24hrs I must go back to the store. My point is, what is the use of that mtn store and call centre??? I will fight tooth and nail for my number, I can't tolerate such incompetence. The other network provider I'm with sorted out my query is less then 2hourd
