Furious MTN Contract holder

I have just wrote a review under MTN Zakhele which was suppose to be seen by MTN. I am so disappointed and angry with MTN , I am paying a contract for a phone that i am not using, I took my phone in for repairs on the 09 September to date I still have not received it back, I was informed that It will take 7 to 14 working days to get it back but still I do not have my phone. This is bad service and no TCF complient.
