Furious MTN client
Honestly, MTN does not deserve a star! It's almost two months after I have returned my phone and there is no correspondence from MTN unless I phone them. The answer is always "we'll get back to you" but no one ever does. This is the 3rd time I am reviewing MTN with nothing good to say! It turns out that they cannot locate my parcel after I have returned it to their store and received a reference number! I have had enough. My contract has ended and I REFUSE to pay another cent to MTN who cannot locate a parcel returned in their care!
