Furious Complainant - MTN Acc ***

I am lodging this complaint furiously to express my concerns regarding the faulty MTN billing against me(MTN Acc ***), which has highly impacted my credit rating/score and that urgently needs to be attended to and my name has to be cleared ASAP.

I bought a contract wifi router in February 2022 via online sale, the router was supposed to be active within 48 hours as adviced by the customer service assistant per telephonically but to my surprise that has never happened. I lodged a complaint and the matter was never resolved. I then decided to cancel the contract and the fee of R1876.13 was requested which I've paid in full and proof of payment was sent to the account department. That got me mad to the core because no service was provided nor a matter of resolving the issue was done but I had to pay that amount either way which i did.

MTN is the worst service provider i have ever dealt with, and their nature of dealing with their loyal customers is extremely unprofessional, annoying and poor customer service is what they excel in. I kept calling their company/call center, they will put you from pillar to post, they fail keeping records and fail solving issues. Email and calls were made and no one in the entire company is able to solve this issue.

Now I keep getting calls from Nimble attorneys requesting a large amount of money which I do not owe because MTN moved the case to them.

I expect to receive the response from MTN from one specific person who will with no doubt solve this matter with immediate effect. One customer service provider should provide me with a direct number and full details as I am angry and annoyed dealing with millions of unprofessional people who fail to comply within the company. My name needs to be removed from their billing account and from their attorney's books.

I am sick and tired of this matter, it has now been three full years of dealing with this, it is really sickening, it is now long overdue been dragged to this case, it has to STOP immediately
