I had a contract with mtn paid it before its time yet I was still being debited an amount of R62 for the last 6months now. I contacted Mtn when I saw the debit amount on the 2nd month where no one could tell me what the amount is for. They said their system for assisting me was down they would get back to me yet still haven't. I call them today only to be told that my laptop contract has not yet been cancelled I only cancelled my cellphone contract. So now they say I either use the data while they debit my account or cancel it which means I forfeit the data too. I don't want the data I want my money because I was not told about this when I was closing or cancelling my contract. I was paying one instalment not two now I have to cancel 2 contracts. Ontop of being sent from pillar to post when this could have been prevented. As a customer I am supposed to be fed with this info.
