...so here goes my on going battle with mtn... So last year, some time, i settled my mtn acc. through Altech Autopage. Then not long after im informed that they no longer deal with cellphone contracts. And that should i need any assitance i should contact my service provider (MTN). Fine, but more or less 3 months ago mtn starts deducting money. Claiming its what i owe them...what i want to know is after paying the acc. in full why then are they still debiting money from my acc.? To add on this apparently they cant get hold of altech to confirm my settlement...plus they give me a contact number, to contact autopage personally, but then the number they give me doesn't even exist???!!! How much longer will i have to put up with this?! Mtn customer service in pe sucks big time
