Funds nowhere to be found

Am not happy how they handle my issue. I have a phone contract with them and they handed my account to vericred without my knowledge. When I payed MTN their money it is nowhere to be found and I have proof of payment. I payed the money using the bank approve beneficiary and that money they cannot find. I went to their stores, make phone calls with no help and I cannot let my money go like that.
