Fully paid account ERRONEOUSLY escalated to legal and MTN refusing fix THEIR MISTAKE!

An account that was fully paid was erroneously escalated to legal. They have admitted that it is an error but are now refusing to removing the status which is affecting me badly. PATHETIC NETWORK!
