Full bundle not delivered after upgrade approved.

I upgraded my MTN contract mid October and I received only part of the bundle that was advertised. I have been doing follow ups with MTN for weeks now and they still have not sent me the Microsoft Office 365 package which is supposed to have been included in my bundle. Each time I call the call center, the agents don't help me. The last time I called, I was promised a call back from the sales agent who processed my upgrade, it has been a week now and no feedback. This is pathetic service and I am very disappointed in MTN's service and lack of willingness to help resolve my issue.
