****ed up service from all agents I spoke too

I'm really disgusted now by MTN service once again, my line has been re activated and I cannot make outgoing calls, spoke to siphilile , what an idiot he advised me that my line is taking longer to make calls due to the effect of the system ,issued me with ref number *** and never provided feeded as he confirmed that I can make calls after 2 hours . Then I spoke to another lady hilda taubaka as I wanted to speak to the supervisor she dropped the call in my ear. <br> I spoke to the CIP administrator mantua morosi yesterday and she confirmed that my line has been activated . All the call center agents confirm that my line is active and I should reset my phone , I did that more than ten times and I still can't make outgoing call even the 808 number. This is worse than ********.
