I just called your call centre and they confirmed it's a repaired phoned that you dispatched, I don't want a bladdy ****ed up phone again, if it's not a new one then I want a refund. I had enough of this nonsense now. You will receive a call from my Clientele lawyers now and I'm posting in the media as this is unacceptable,
