Your business is the most unprofessional useless service provider I have ever dealt with... you don't give a flying **** about your clients and I will make sure that none of my friends or family ever do business with you again.
7 months to cancel a contract and multiple calls and hours of waiting listening to your **** elevator music only to have your retentions department hang up the call...
You can honestly hand my account over I really just don't give a **** if MTN burns to the ground over night if this is how you treat your clients
