FTU Router Paledi Mall

FTU I bought FTU at paledi mall and they did not activate it or connect it for me, when I got home later I tried to connect but it wasn’t working at all the following day on the 1.082025 the router is still not working then I decided to send my mom to the store so they can assist her with connecting the store manager refused and said she is not allowed to connect customers or use the router in store. My mom called me and I spoke to the manager who was very rude then I said I called customer service they said the router is not configured they must assist in store then she refused and said she’s not a technician I must find one for myself or call coverage department. I asked her that the router seems like is not working at all or the sim is just not working because the network light doesn’t show at all no she didn’t care she said she’s not a technician. At this point I paid for prorata and sim fee which is a total of R450 I want my money back and I want to cancel this router the service is very poor
