Frustrstion with allocated sirtime not liaded timeously

For 3 minths in a row my contractural air time was not loaded on yime. This has caused inconvenience, loss of time and interference with my work. Each time I was told it would be escalated and would not happen again. Now I have had enough! The relevant department closes at four thirty and whatever "escslation"has not transpired, is of little concequence and can stand over. After 20 years my loyalty is no longer with MTN.
