frustrqted client MTN REF NO: BA***

good day,i am really frastrated by the bad service i have recieved so far from MTN n Mondo regarding the packqge i selected,i spoke to tjeir consultant and asked for a package of R199...and the brought one for R899and i was asked to pay R250 for subscription only to ky surprise month end when R899 was then debited from ky account and i reversed it and called to cancel the whole thing because i did not opt fro that and requested for a recording of were i was talking to a consultant,

they then send an email to say they listened to the recording and thwy wilo cancel the whole thing but each month they keep adding this R899 to my name and saying they are handing my account to SAYA for collection

i really am frastrated by this expwrience
