frustration with getting my montlhy statement

The worst network operator. I regret going back to them after the first blunder.

Now my account has been handed over to the legal department because I requested a monthly statement that they failed to send like other network providers do.

Now I'm treated like a suspect for requesting a statement that they failed to provide to me?

This is pathetic.
