Frustratingly Stagnant Contract Application - dragging on for 4 months nkw

App**** for a contract in September - an external agent contracting under mtn contacted me via email and requested the usual required documents, created my application profile online (received smses with application/reference numbers), and that's literally where it went dead for me. I proceeded to email the agent repeatedly, asking if anything else was required from me as she hadn't rep**** in almost two weeks... Took a whole bunch of emails and another two weeks before she responded saying that my latest bank statements and payslips were still outstanding. And that's pretty much been her consistent response for closing in on 4 months now... She ghosts me for a weeks, ignores all my mails and when she eventually does respond - it's to ask for the same documents over and over. Weird part is, all the communication has been happening in a single email thread, which means everything she asks for, is already there - must have sent them like 8 times already. The fact that there's no definitive way to contact mtn after submitting an application is worrisome, and the fact that I've now spoke to like 10 different people who consistently say that I've gotta wait for the agent that's been ghosting me for 4 months to proceed with that application - as somehow it's remained open and pending, essentially blocking all future applications is extremely concerning. I had even grown fed up and sent emails to the complaints department requesting that the application be cancelled completely, with no response to this day. Surely this isn't how MTN treats prospective new clients? I've literally given up with contracting MTN, all I really want is all pending applications to be closed - and hopefully for this to get to the right person, to bring att2to the fact that new customers/business is being blatantly ignored... And a quick Google search will bring up quite a number of people going through the same thing, without any explanation.

I have all email threads with any and all emails sent back and forth between myself and various mtn online consultants - particularly, the consultant assigned to my application who requested the same documents numerous times - at times even requesting the very same documents by replying to a previous email sent containing said documents.
