Frustrating & horrible service

I purchased a contract phone online 2 month ago and everything was done telephonically, the cellphone was then delivered 7 days later and I realized that the sim card is not rica'd, I then went to the MTN store in Greenstone (a month into purchasing the phone) I spoke to a Consultant telephonically and I was told that with 24 hours the simcard will be active, 48 hours later the simcard was still not active.

This month will be my second debit order and basically I cannot enjoy the benefits that I am billed for.
