Frustrating Experience

I have had the worst experience with MTN I called in to get a settlement quote to settle my contract and pay it up - I advised the consultant that my debit order will run off in 2 days she told me to make the payment same day than call back so that it can be cancelled immediately- Did exactly as they advised - the debit order ran off - I have been calling them non-stop for 2 days being transferred to 10 different people at a time and then getting cut off - they can see my settlement amount but is failing to refund me they are so tedious and very very frustrating - I go to the branch and get told I have to call the same call center - because they cannot help me - It has been the worst experience in my life its like they hire *********** people or maybe the company itself is ***********
