Frustrating client

I am struggling to get my contact Sim activated and every me I called customer care they referred me to the legal department and when I phone legal department they they have no knowledge of any account which they also reffered me back to customer service again. Then they transfered my called to collection department but nobody can assist me. I am so frustrated and just want my Sim activated. This is the worst service I have ever received.
