Frustrating and Unprofessional Contract Cancellation Experience with MTN

I am extremely disappointed with MTN's lack of professionalism, transparency, and consistency regarding my contract cancellation. I have been given conflicting information by multiple consultants, leading to unnecessary stress and financial loss. They are taking me from pillar to post, prolonging the cancellation, the consultants told me i cannot cancel online, when i went to the shop to cancel, i was told that i could have done it online. they are really good when they recruit your as a customer, but also give you hell when your contract has lapsed
