Frustrated with Ongoing Wi-Fi Issues and Lack of Resolution

I've been experiencing endless Wi-Fi connectivity issues with MTN since early last year. The service constantly drops, and every time I contact customer support, the only response I get is that "there's a tower issue in my area." It feels like the agents are trained to give the same excuse without offering any real solutions.

If the tower has genuinely been an issue for over a year, why hasn’t it been fixed by now? It's unacceptable to have such poor service for such a long period without any progress or proper communication. Logging tickets seems to be the only action taken, but nothing ever gets resolved.

As a loyal customer, I expected much better from MTN. This level of service is incredibly disappointing and frustrating. If MTN cannot fix this, they should at least be transparent about the situation or offer alternative solutions.

Not impressed at all.
