Frustrated with no customer support

Frustrated with customer support!!!! My package has been migrated to prepaid without my consent since 29 April. No one can rectify or resolve since. I have been left stranded without phone for business having to load airtime ! Albiet i have an acitive package and paying a premium price for it. Wat the hell.
