Frustrated with MTN home wifi

I took on the home wifi package with MTN, the router was delivered to me on the 1st of July 2023. To date the router has no Internet connection. I have called MTN complaints line several times to advise them about my issue, it would take +7min for an agent to answer the phone and then whilst I am giving my details the line gets cut off and non of the agents bothers to call me back. I depend on WiFi connection to do my work and now I have to buy data to connect to the internet
