FRUSTRATED WITH MTN!!!

This is so frustrating, I, L. I Moiloa ***, have been with Mtn for so long yet the service is horrible! Robin-Lee at MTN Mall of Africa sent numerous queries through to the online department. I've been upgraded to a 24 month contract I never agreed to, my device is giving me problems, but there are no answers and no solutions. How pathetic!!
