Frustrated with Mtn

Hi! My dad (Jonas) have problem with Mtn. He been getting the round about with stories regarding his phone account....since last year he phone block due to payments that their say they never received. He was asked to forward proof of payment....and so he did....now in January their took R700 extra and yet again their say is because of non payment not received. They took money from his account and my dad made eft payment to them. Still they claim there no payments made...his phone yet again blocked. We went to Maponya mall to resolve this issue....nothing been done.....my dad is very frustrated with Mtn....Now they can't even trace the R700 that he supposedly must get...and we have references number for that.....
