Frustrated with Mtn

I recently bought a work from home bundle from mtn with the sole purpose of using Skype and other platforms they cover so that I can communicate with my staff and also do things for work whilst enroute to and from work. My phone shows that it’s there but does not work. Went to 3 of their shops no one could help me and also their customer service is down , it’s not even ringing
