Frustrated Unhappy MTN Customer

I am very frustrated with the pitiful service received from MTN, with an unresolved cancelation going for month 4 now. After emails and emails, no resolution and only 1 sentence replies, which by the way completely ignore my request. The service received has been the worst by far and it seems they just don't care one bit about the paying customer. However in the meantime, they don't give a ****! My bill is literally piling up... Unresolved. My credit is being affected due to unbelievably poor service. I really don't like to complain but if this is what it's going to take for someone to start listening and sorting out, then I will complain on every single social media platform available and I WILL mention the names, failed to assist.
